Thanks so much for stopping by. I’m Jemma and like so many people I’ve been battling with my weight for as long as I can remember, for most of my adult life in fact. Until very recently my relationship with food has been everything from normal to extreme – and all the shades in between. I started this blog five years ago to document my journey to health and happiness but it’s only in the last twelve months that I’ve started to see meaningful and sustainable progress. My goal in sharing my journey is to provide you with a glimpse into my successes and failures, exploring new recipes, navigating emotions and sharing techniques that might help you on your journey too.
I’m not a nutritionist or a medical professional and cannot provide advice on diets or medical conditions, but I can share my story and experiences in the hope that I inspire others to start their journey to health. After all, it’s there for the taking!
